v for vIRRITATING

hahah astrochallenge is over.
i had fun tho we’re not in top five and there were some irritating ppl who were very irritating.
i should have studied more ya
then can master the very tough mcq and do better in data response.
our lunar prospector for model building looked very nice from far
and i think thats the ugliest thing that i am very proud of haha.
the treasure hunt was not fair so i have nothing to comment.

but watching the finals i realised i knew very very very little about astronomy and i didnt deserve to be in the finals.
so yeap tj teams got 8th and 12th out of 19th teams.
not bad not bad
haha we very much improved from last year.
i hope the juniors can do better next year and beat some irritating ppl.
fat hope tho sigh
we only got very few year ones and only one who shows real interest and knowledge in astronomy.
btw i dont mind going back next year, like what the kind-hearted jignesh did, to help the juniors if theres anything i can do haha.

10 things i wish to do before i reach 30

(this is only a temporary list
and not in any particular order)

.to own a candy shop which sells all kinds of sweets and treats. chocolate bars, lollies, gummy bears, jelly beans, mint candies, marshmallows, bubble gums, fruity candy stripes, anything sweet and chocolate-y.

.to marry a standard looking guy with heart and a nice smile who loves me to the core. and to have at least one son and one daughter who love their mommy and daddy.

.to keep in touch with my friends, especially the current ones. this includes their presence at my wedding ceremony and invitations to theirs. and hey we can always go shopping or watch movies like legally blonde7 or have an unlimited scoops of ice creams and sushi buffet or just chill out.

.to have my storylife made into a series like friends. my life is as interesting and my friends are as funny! sandra bullock or jennifer garner can play as me. or paris hilton will do la.

.to be the first to step on mars or to have an astronomy discovery or breakthrough named after me. erlin’s law, erlin’s theory, planet erlinus, comet erlin, erlin observatory, anything erlin.

.to weigh less than 50kg and to look good in anything including in my pyjamas especially in my loved one’s eyes.

.to be baptised and to be a good christian.

.to travel around the world with people i love without worrying how much i spent and getting broke after the trip. the trip must include witnessing aurora at the pole, and laying down on the grass and gazing at 2000 plus stars in the sky at once.

.to make my mom and dad and my four sisters happy and proud of me.

.to contribute to world peace or to make a difference in at least nine persons’ lives by adopting an ethiopian child or something like that.
